Preparation and Cooking of Tasty Snack, Groundnut and Potato Tikka.

Bangalore - Cooking is fun and eating is joy, More it will be when we eat with hungry. I ate this groundnut and potato tikka, It is very tasty. Just prepare and enjoy this snack. Lets see what are the requirements and method of preparation. 

Requirements - 

  • Jeera
  • Ginger
  • Chilli
  • Groundnut Powder
  • Salt
  • Potato paste
  • Turmeric
  • Tomato
  • Coriander
Preparation Method - 
  • Switch on the stove 
  • Put jeera, ginger, chilli and fry in oil
  • Add groundnut powder, salt, potato paste powder.
  • Keep on stove and stir till it become dry and solid paste. 
  • Now cut into pieces and top it with coriander
  • Serve and enjoy the snack or eat with rice.
