Bangalore - Spicy Rasam with a Kiwi twist, Cooking Recipe India. GOLDEN KIWI RASAM Ingredients : 3 golden Kiwi, chopped 1 cup golden Kiwi juice 2 tbsps toor dal (Boiled pigeon peas) split 1 cup cooking water from Tur Dal 1 medium Tomato, chopped 2-3 cloves Garlic, chopped ½ tsp Cumin seeds 2 tsp Black pepper 10-12 Curry leaves 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped Method : 1. Combine the garlic, cumin seeds and black pepper in a blender and blend till smooth. Keep this spice paste aside. 2. Boil the pigeon peas with 1 cup water. Once the dal is cooked, strain it out and preserve the water. 3. Add chopped tomato to a saucepan, along with the boiled pigeon pea water, the spice paste, curry leaves and salt. Put on the gas and bring it to a boil. Lower flame to medium and boil for 10 more minutes. 4. Add the golden Kiwi juice and chopped kiwi fruit and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Source - Ranveer

Requirements - Moongdal Ghee Milk Cashew Kova Elachi Powder Sugar Preparation Method -  Fry moong dal in ghee and grind it to powder using mixer.  Put milk in pan and add moong dal powder to it slowly. Add kajhu powder, Kova, Elaichi powder and sugar.  Mix it thoroughly and add little ghee to it and mix it till it become paste.  When it become paste like solid material, We can put off the stove. Requirements - Gram flour - one cup  Rice flour or corn flour - 3 spoons Jeera powder - one spoon chilli powder - one spoon cooking oil    Cali flower     Preparation -  Cut califlower into small pieces and boil  them for 5 minutes. Now drain the water and keep califlower aside separately.  Take another bowl, Add gram flour ,jeera powder, salt, redchilli powder, corn flour and mix them with water. Similar to dosa batter.  Now take frying pan and pour oil and heat it.  Once oil is ready for deep frying, Keep in medium flame and dip each califlower piece in basin in gramglour batter and do deep oil fry till comes to light brown. Also we can garnish with onion slices and corriander and can serve with sauce.

Ingredients: Medium size Capsicum-4 pieces Medium size Potatoes-3 Chopped Onions-1 cup Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup Jeera-1 spoon Corn Flour-1 spoon Rice Flour-1/2 spoon Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon Chilli Powder-1/2 spoon Salt  -1 spoon Chopped chilli-1/2 cup Green Peas-1/2 cup Method Of Preparation: Take a Bowl of water and boil Potatoes in it. Now smash the potatoes into tiny pieces or fine paste and fry it in pan adding some oil and then add turmeric powder,onions,coriander leaves,jeera,chilli,green peas and keep the paste aside.  Take another bowl to semi boil capsicum. Then remove the lid of the capsicum carefully with the help of knife or spoon. Remove if any seeds are present inside capsicum slowly with the help of knife or spoon making sure that capsicum is not broken. Then stuff the potatoes paste prepared into the capsicum.  Use another bowl to mix cornflour,chilli powder,rice flour with water to make it semi thick paste. Ingredients Required : Raagi powder             - 1 bowl Ground nut powder    -1 bowl Chopped Onions        -1 cup Chopped green chilli -1/4 cup Curry Leaves              -1/4 cup Coriander Leaves       -1/2 cup Jeera                           -1 spoon Salt                             -1 spoon Method of Preparation: Take a bowl to mix Raagi Powder and Ground nut powder with water.  Stir it well till it form like a thick paste. Add Onions,Coriander Leaves,Green Chilli,Curry leaves,Salt,Jeera into the batter prepared. Now add oil to the pan, Once oil gets heated add the prepared batter into small vadas into the oil. Make sure to fry them in low flame.
